I never thought cooking in 40 degrees would bring me so much warmth! Having friend’s, guests and even my mother stand behind my grill this weekend brought me so much warmth. The conversation, the admiration for ODB and all the smiles have this way of making my heart melt. The work that it takes to serve someone a single item of food is so incredibly hard and at times so EXHAUSTING that I don’t think most people truly understand how hard the food industry really is. I now know why it is so hard to get out of this industry once you have truly been able to experience it! I can not wait to really be in it, I am talking every day to people about all of my crazy ideas to see how I can truly stay in this world that I love so very much!!
