I have a friend, let’s call him Ben. Ben is a good friend and we have been on the opposite sides of a thought more than once before but this time it struck a chord. Ben told me that I was a good at a part of my business and that I should pursue that. Woof, there goes my dreams of owning and designing and conceptualizing restaurants for the rest of my days, hours, minutes, seconds on this round ball we call home. Although I know what he meant I want to be more than just (____) insert word there, I want to be the kid I dreamt of sitting in front of the TV watching nothing but cooking shows. I want to grow and learn every single day and I know what he was trying to say but again it hit, it hit me like a runaway semi on an icy highway!
