When you have had a dream for as long as you can remember what would you pay to realize that dream? I think I have paid a lot thus far for my big dream but unfortunately I don’t think I have begun to pay what it will cost to realize this silly dream of mine. Money is always going to be in the way for me, I like nice things but my motivation is not how much money I can make, its how many cool spaces or how many cool experiences I can share with the world. I guess I have to ask myself at what cost do I want to see this restaurant open up.
